The Russians destroyed the premises of the My-Ukraina (We Are Ukraine) and My-Ukraina+ TV channels during their attack on Kyiv on September 8, injuring at least 5 people.
"On the afternoon of September 8, Russia once again attacked the premises of My-Ukraina and My-Ukraina+ TV channels. The main impact was on the newsroom and offices. There are people injured," the broadcaster informed. At the time of the attack, the channel was broadcasting live as part of the 24/7 national joint newscast. "The building was partially destroyed. All necessary services are working at the site. State Emergency Service personnel have already extinguished the fire. As of now, five people have been reported injured. Sadly, that number may still rise," President Zelensky reacted. The European Commission spokesperson Christian Wigand also wrote about the attack and noted: “We are accelerating support for Ukraine to help protect its people and protect its skies.” RELATED
