CEECME joins the Audiovisual Anti-Piracy Alliance (AAPA)
The Audiovisual Anti-Piracy Alliance (AAPA) announced that Central European Media Enterprises (CME) has joined its membership. CME, a leading media and entertainment company operating across Central and Eastern Europe, brings decades of experience in producing, distributing, and protecting high-quality audiovisual content.

Through its membership in AAPA, CME will contribute to collaborative initiatives with law enforcement, regulators, and digital intermediaries aimed at improving anti-piracy enforcement, policy coordination, and consumer protection across the European audiovisual landscape. AAPA now brings together 25 leading companies and associations spanning the entire audiovisual value chain — from broadcasters, operators, and content owners to technology providers and enforcement experts — all united in their mission to combat audiovisual piracy and promote a safer digital environment.
