Central European Media Enterprises (CME) announced that Brendan Donahue will assume the position Chief Business Development Officer at CME, while continuing to serve as CME’s General Counsel, effective November 1.

Brendan has been with CME since 2011, and has for years led the Group’s legal function, but his newly expanded role includes group M&A/business development activities as well as supervision of the Internal Audit department, including coordination of these various matters at the Group level.
