Kanal D International has licensed BluTV drama Innocent to Colombia’s Canal 1 and Mexico’s TV Azteca, the distributor announced today. The series is produced by D Productions for Kanal D’s OTT platform.

Innocent is a crime drama about the extraordinary events surrounding a familiar Turkish family, and it carries a suspenseful pace and compelling editing. The 8-episode mini drama series is based on Berkun Oya’s theatre play, The Flag. Leading actor Haluk Bilginer, well known by his Hollywood appearances and BBC dramas, is acting a father (Cevdet) who faces a hard choice.
